Please note: All referrals submitted by case managers and coordinators by 5:00 PM EST Friday will be delivered the following week. Participants’ first weekly meal delivery includes items from the first week of our standard menu unless a special request is submitted along with the authorization.

Aging Waiver Eligibility Requirements:
